Terms and conditions

Using our services

These terms govern the use of FamilyAmour's supervised child contact services and outline expectations, safeguarding obligations, and session conduct.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of FamilyAmour's supervised child contact services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

FamilyAmour provides professionally supervised contact sessions, court-linked and professional referral arrangements, observation reports where requested, and session records and documentation.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of services. Cancellation fees may apply for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

4. Conduct During Sessions

All parties attending sessions must arrive on time, behave respectfully, follow instructions from supervising staff, and avoid recording devices without permission. FamilyAmour reserves the right to terminate a session if conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

5. Safeguarding

The welfare of children is our primary concern. We are committed to safeguarding and will report any concerns in accordance with our safeguarding policy and relevant legislation.

6. Reports and Records

Session records are maintained for all visits. Detailed observation reports are available on request and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information confidentially, subject to our legal and safeguarding obligations. Information may be shared with relevant professionals as required.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

9. Termination

FamilyAmour reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are breached, if safeguarding concerns arise, or if continued provision is not in the best interests of the child.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at hello@familyamour.co.uk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
